SYMPTOMS

On a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 server, the EdgeTransport.exe process may crash when EdgeTransport.exe handles a message. Additionally, the following error is logged in the Application log:

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 7 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
