SYMPTOMS

When you try to go offline in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you receive the following error message:
Failed move data for entity 'Saved View' during action Insert, countRows=13. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator for assistance and try going offline again.
This problem occurs if the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook is configured for an organization that is not the default organization.

RESOLUTION
