SYMPTOMS

When you open a Mail Merge document within a fully updated Microsoft Office Word 2007 installation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you receive the following error message:

Mail_Merge_<Number>[1] is a mail merge main document. Word cannot find its data source.
