SYMPTOMSYou create a mail merge template that contains special characters by using Microsoft Word. When you use the "Mail Merge" function and you select this template in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, these special characters are transferred incorrectly to Microsoft Word. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
