Performance is slow when you perform some configuration changes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

When you perform configuration changes on an organization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, performance is slow. This problem occurs if you use a deployment that runs multiple organizations at the same time.

For example, performance is slow if you make either of the following changes:

• You change some properties of the organization in the System Settings page.
• You publish some customizations that you specify for the organization.

This problem occurs because the cache for each organization is updated.
