SYMPTOMSAfter you run the Distribute Campaign Activity function for a campaign activity of the Letter via Mail Merge channel type in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you cannot view the created activities in the Campaign Activity form in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Web client. You can only view the created activities in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
