SYMPTOMS

When you run a report or open a view in the Hebrew version, the Arabic version, or the Norwegian version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you may experience the following layout issues or formatting issues.

In the Hebrew version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

When you run a report in the Hebrew version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you may experience one of the following problems:
  • The following reports use the left-to-right (LTR) layout instead of the right-to-left (RTL) layout, and the following reports contain text that is not localized:
    • Products By Contact
    • Sales History
    • Sales Pipeline
    • Service Activity Volume
    • Top Knowledge Base Articles
    • Account Distribution
    • Campaign Performance
    • Lead Source Effectiveness
    • Neglected Accounts
    • Neglected Cases
    • Neglected Leads
    • Campaign Comparison
    • Competitor Win Loss
    • Products By Account
    • Products By Contact
  • When you run a Campaign Performance report that has localized right-to-left characters for some campaigns, the characters "N/A" are displayed in the Campaign Performance report and are not in the right-to-left (RTL) layout.
  • The data is too close to the charts in the Account Distribution report.
  • When you run the Account Overview report, you may notice the following problems in the Opportunity Summary section:
    • The word that is displayed in the purple area is unclear.
    • The text אין נתונים is not aligned with the title.
    • The last letter of a word jumps to the next line.
  • The right side of the Account Overview report does not have a border.
  • When you run a report that displays a vertical bar chart, the value (y) axis (the vertical axis) is displayed on the right side instead of on the left side.
  • After you select a value for the Second Vertical Group in the Case Summary Table report, the text inside the table is in the left-to-right (LTR) layout when you click View Report.
  • When you click a header in the Account Summary report, some options may not be displayed. The date and time formats and some other text are not localized. Additionally, you may be unable to open the report.
  • Headers that contain the percent sign (%) are not in the right-to-left (RTL) layout in the Competitor Win Loss report. The percent sign should be on the right side in the headers.
  • When you click Show All Link in the Products By Accounts report, some text is in the left-to-right (LTR) layout.
  • When you export a report to the TIFF file format in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the headlines are aligned on the left side instead of on the right side.
  • When you click Show All Link in the Products By Accounts report, some text is aligned on the left side instead of on the right side.
  • When you run the Campaign Activity Status report, some text is aligned on the left side instead of on the right side. Additionally, the value (y) axis (the vertical axis) is displayed on the right side instead of on the left side.

In the Arabic version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

When you run a report in the Arabic version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you may experience one of the following problems:
  • The following reports use the left-to-right (LTR) layout instead of the right-to-left (RTL) layout, and the following reports contain text that is not localized:
    • Sales History
    • Sales Pipeline
    • Lead Source Effectiveness
    • Neglected Accounts
    • Campaign Activity Status
    • Invoice Status
    • Sales History Subreport
  • A white rectangle appears on the top of the print preview window.
  • When you run a report, part of the date may not be localized in the Report Viewer.
  • A dialog box has the incorrect orientation.
  • When you export the Account Distribution report, you receive the following error message:
    An error has occurred during report processing. Query execution failed for data set.
  • The right side border is missing from the tables on the Account Overview report.
  • ÇáÍÇáÉ appears two times in the filters for the Case Summary Table report.
  • The right side of the Account Overview report does not have a border. Additionally, the Account Overview report uses the left-to-right (LTR) layout instead of the right-to-left (RTL) layout.
  • In a vertical bar chart, the value (y) axis (the vertical axis) is displayed on the right side instead of on the left side.
  • The Prepared by field layout is not consistent in all the reports.
  • The value (y) axis on graphs has an inconsistent layout across reports.
  • The language and the layout of the Bi-Di Reports Installer are inconsistent.
  • The Arabic translation of some strings is incomplete in the following reports:
    • Products By Account
    • Products By Contact
    • Activities

In the Norwegian version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

When you click an item in the Shipping Method list in an account view, Hentes is missing from the Shipping Method list.

RESOLUTION
