CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Hierarchy Manager (Hman.dll) encounters an exception when the SMS_AMT_PROXY_COMPONENT information is missing from the site control file. The site control files from sites that have the RTM version of System Center Configuration Manager 2007 installed do not include the SMS_AMT_PROXY_COMPONENT information. Note The Hierarchy Manager is expected to add this information to the log file and to continue to handle site control files.
