The logon page does not appear correctly if you select French for the Internet Explorer language when you try to log on to an Outlook Web Access site that is published by using ISA Server 2006

Consider the following scenario:

• In Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006, you Web publish an Outlook Web Access site.
• You use forms-based authentication for the Outlook Web Access site.
• On the Web listener for this site, you enable the Allow users to change their passwords option.
• On a client computer, you select French as the Internet Explorer language.
• On this client computer, you try to log on to the Outlook Web Access site.

In this scenario, the forms-based logon page appears. However, the logon page does not appear correctly. The logon frame seems to be bulging.

To resolve this problem, apply the hotfix rollup package that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 955151. This hotfix replaces the Usr_pwd.htm file with an updated version. The Usr_pwd.htm file is in the following folders:

• ISA_Install_Dir\CookieAuthTemplates\ISA\HTML
• ISA_Install_Dir\CookieAuthTemplates\Exchange\HTML

Note In these paths, the ISA_Install_Dir placeholder represents the location where ISA Server 2006 is installed.

If you have customized the Usr_pwd.htm file, the hotfix does not replace the file. In this situation, you must restore the original Usr_pwd.htm file, apply the hotfix, and then recustomize the Usr_pwd.htm file.
