SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. A Microsoft Dynamics CRM
4.0 program is installed on a computer as part of a multi-server deployment.
You have an Enterprise license key for the multi-server deployment. You use the
Add or Remove Programs item
in Control Panel to remove the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 program from the
computer. Then, you open Server Manager in Deployment Manager on another
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server. In this scenario, Deployment Manager stops
