When you try to start the computer, the system may stop responding (hang) before the logon screen appears. Note This problem does not occur in the following conditions:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because of an error in the Sbp2port.sys driver. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft.
