A memory leak occurs when you run the "list volume" command or the "select volume" command in the DiskPart.exe utility in Windows Server 2003 or in Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

When you run the list volume command or the select volume command in the DiskPart.exe utility in Windows Server 2003 or in Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, a memory leak occurs. You use the Mem Usage column and the VM Size column to monitor the DiskPart.exe process in Task Manager. You notice that if you repeatedly run these commands, the values in these columns keep increasing. If you do not restart the DiskPart.exe utility, the system performance will be affected, and the computer starts to respond slowly.
