FIX: Event ID: 0 is logged when you use BizTalk Adapter for Oracle Database to send a batch of messages to an Oracle table, and a few messages are suspended

In Microsoft BizTalk Server, you use Microsoft BizTalk Adapter for Oracle Database to send a batch of messages to an Oracle table. When you do this, a few messages are suspended randomly. Additionally, an Error event that resembles the following is logged in the Application log:
Event Type: Error
