SYMPTOMS

When you use a mail merge template that has a field that contains several lines to send an e-mail message in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the line feeds in the field are lost. Therefore, only one line appears in the field.

For example, the description in the Description field of the mail merge template may contain several lines.

RESOLUTION
