SYMPTOMS

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) Client Access Server (CAS) proxying scenario, users who use Windows Mobile 6.1 devices to send or reply to messages may receive a blank page. After the blank page is dismissed, the message stays in the Outbox. And, the message is resent every time that the device is synced until the message is deleted manually from the Outbox.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, download and install Update Rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1.
