Attachment Wiper is not running

Attachment Wiper is not running.

* Operations in portal fail due to policy compliance failure since Attachment Wiper isn't running.
* All IE cache and application specific data are not being cleaned at the end of the IAG session.

1. Attachment wiper isn't marked for activation in e-Gap configuration.
2. Client machine is a privileged endpoint.
3. Attachment wiper is not installed correctly.

See the portal system information window to view if Attachment Wiper is installed and running.

1. Check the IAG/e-Gap Configuration 'Advanced trunk configuration' Session tab for the 'Activate Attachment Wiper (ActiveX)'. This option should be checked for Attachment Wiper to be running.

2. In case the endpoint machine is a privileged endpoint (can also be viewed from the system information window):
    a) The ''Activate Attachment Wiper (ActiveX)' option is turned off by default. Turn it on for Attachment Wiper to work.
    b) Policy compliance problems should be solved by checking for privileged endpoint *or* Attachment Wiper.
