SYMPTOMS

In the Properties Web page dialog box of a record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, only the short date format is displayed in the Created On and Last Modified On fields.

Note After you apply the hotfix that is described in this article, the date and time will be displayed in the Created On and Last Modified On fields.
