Error messages in the Application log on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server after you delete a quick campaign: "Deletion Service failed to clean up table=[Table_Name]"

SYMPTOMS

After you delete a quick campaign in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you see error messages that resemble the following in the Application log on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server:

Source: MSCRMDeletionService
Error: Deletion Service failed to clean up table=CampaignActivityBase

Source: MSCRMDeletionService
Error: Deletion Service failed to clean up table=ActivityPointerBase

These two error messages are repeated every time that the CRM Deletion Service runs (every 24 hours).
