SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. You export the Outlook Synchronization entity from the Customization view to the customizations file. Then, you open the customizations file by using Microsoft Internet Explorer. In this scenario, the customizations file only contains the following subset of the attributes collection of the Outlook Synchronization entity:
