The last character of a user's Chinese display name is truncated in the Offline Address Book on an Exchange 2007 server

In the following scenarios, the last character of a user's Chinese display name is truncated in the Offline Address Book (OAB) on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 server:

• Users of Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) connect to an Exchange 2007 server and then download the OAB.
• Users of Outlook 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) clients or of later versions of Outlook 2003 clients connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP1 server to download the OAB. After this, the mailboxes of these clients are migrated to an Exchange 2007 server. Then, these users download the OAB again.
• The OAB is located on an Exchange 2003 SP1 server, and then it is moved to an Exchange 2007 server. After that, the users of the Exchange 2003 SP1 server download the OAB again.

To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 5 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
