INTRODUCTION

List of issues that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • Either while you are installing update KB951695 or after you install this update, you experience the following issue:

    When you install the Infrastructure Update in a SharePoint farm that uses Alternate Access Mapping with a reverse proxy or with a network load balancer, such as in an extranet deployment, some public URLs may become unresponsive.
  • When you do a content deployment from a staging farm to a production farm, the content deployment job is successful. However, when you browse to the target site, the Content Query Web Part displays the following error:
    There is a problem with the query that this web part is issuing. Check the configuration of this web part and try again.

Prerequisites

You must install Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Service Pack 1 before you apply this hotfix.

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix package.
