PrerequisitesTo apply this hotfix, you must be running Windows Server 2003 R2 on the computerRestart requirementYou must restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.Hotfix replacement informationThis hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.Additional configuration informationThis hotfix makes the allowed time difference between the ADFS server and the TFIM server configurable. To configure this value, you can set a TokenIssuanceNotBeforeSkewInMinutes setting in the Web.config file. The value that you specify for the TokenIssuanceNotBeforeSkewInMinutes setting represents the number of minutes that are allowed for the time difference between the ADFS server and the TFIM server. This value can range from 0 to 10080 (seven days). For example, to set the allowed time difference to five minutes, add the following text anywhere between the <FederationServerConfiguration> tag and the </FederationServerConfiguration> tag:<TokenIssuanceNotBeforeSkewInMinutes>5</TokenIssuanceNotBeforeSkewInMinutes> File informationThe English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
