SYMPTOMS

When you try to edit a weekly working schedule for a user or for equipment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you receive the following error message:
An error has occurred and you should contact your administrator.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • You select the From mm/dd/yyyy onward option in the Edit Weekly Schedule dialog box for a selected schedule.
  • The first day for the weekly working schedule has a different one day schedule, a business closure, or a time off listed for the user.

RESOLUTION
