A Windows CE 5.0-based device is running an image that supports Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). On this device, you enable an A2DP connection. When you use this device to play music in Windows Media Player, you notice that the sound does not come from the paired Bluetooth enabled audio device as expected. Instead, the sound comes from the local audio of the Windows CE 5.0-based device.
This problem occurs because the DirectShow audio renderer always plays on the Windows CE-based device, which is the default device. This device has the ID 0.
