SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Web client, you create an activity, and you schedule a due time for the activity. Then, you synchronize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server. Next, you specify a snooze time or you dismiss the activity in a reminder when you receive the reminder of the activity in Outlook. In this scenario, the scheduled due time of the activity is unexpectedly changed to "12:00 AM." RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
