INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • You redirect the user dictionary file for IME (Japanese) 2007 to a share on a server. In this case, when you try to input the text in a 2007 Office file by using IME (Japanese) 2007, you may experience slow performance.
  • When you are running IME (Japanese) 2007, you may notice the following behavior:
    • The conversion result is fragmented.
    • A word that a user registers is not converted.
    • When you input double-byte character set (DBCS) characters, IME (Japanese) 2007 may not automatically convert the characters.
