The Microsoft Dynamics CRM toolbar is disabled in Outlook after you lose the network connection for less than one minuteArticle ID: 956859 - View products that this article applies to. SYMPTOMSWhen you use Microsoft Office Outlook together with Microsoft Dynamics CRM desktop client for Outlook, the CRM toolbar is disabled if you lose the network connection for less than one minute. Additionally, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web Service Hoster process states that the toolbar is disabled. You cannot use Microsoft Dynamics CRM within Outlook until you close and restart Outlook. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
