Availability of audiobooks for Zune

This article discusses the availability of audiobook support for the Zune device. However, the Zune software for Windows does not yet support audiobooks. To listen to audiobooks on the Zune device, you must use a third-party program from Zune partners Audible and OverDrive.

You can now listen to audiobooks on your Zune device. To obtain audiobook support, you must update the device software to the current version. To do this, connect the Zune device to a computer that has the current Zune software installed. Then, update the device.

Then, you have to sync audiobook content to the device. After you sync audiobook content to the device, an audiobooks menu appears on the home screen. You can select audiobook content from this menu.
