When you try to play music on Zune Marketplace, you receive the following error message:

This problem may occur if the Wmnetmgr.dll file is unregistered.
To resolve this problem, register the Wmnetmgr.dll file. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open a Command Prompt window.
In Windows 7 or in Windows Vista, open a Command Prompt Window as an administrator. To do this, click Collapse this imageExpand this image
, type cmd in the Start Search box, right-click cmd under Programs, and then click Run as administrator.
In Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type cmd in the Open box, and then click OK. - At the command prompt, type the following commands. Press ENTER after each command line:
cd\windows\system32
regsvr32 wmnetmgr.dll
- At the command prompt, type exit, and then press ENTER to close the Command Prompt window.
