locales. On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you send a document from Commerce Gateway in Microsoft
Dynamics NAV to a server that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server, you receive
the following error message: Unknown error. This problem occurs in the following products:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because the TCPCom.dll file does not
transfer the return message. Note The Tcpcom.dll file is used to transfer messages between the Microsoft Dynamics NAV client and the server that is running BizTalk Server. RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now
available from Microsoft. The hotfix corrects the problem that is described in
this article. Apply the hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this
specific problem. To resolve this problem immediately, contact your Microsoft Dynamics partner or Technical Support for Microsoft Dynamics and related products to obtain the hotfix.
