SYMPTOMS

You try to edit some columns of the workflow entity views by using the Advanced Find feature in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. When you click Ok or Cancel in the Edit Columns dialog box, you receive the following error message:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has encountered an error.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
Additionally, this error message asks whether you want to send an error report to Microsoft. If you click View the data that will be sent to Microsoft, you receive the following information:
