You cannot edit or configure filtering in Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1 (SP1).
This issue occurs when the Antigenpmdll.dll file does not close the handle it has with the ScanJobs database.
To resolve this problem, install Hotfix Rollup 5 for Antigen 9.0 with Service Pack 1.
