SYMPTOMS

When you change an option in the Options dialog box in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the following problems occur:
  • The client stops responding.
  • The Options dialog box does not close as expected.
  • The change that you made is not saved.
  • You receive an error message in the Windows Error Reporting dialog box.

RESOLUTION
