By default, this update is
recommended. However, after
it is applied on the Windows Essential Business Server Management server,
the reporting functionality in System Center Essentials 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) stops
working. Additionally, you receive an exception dialog that contains an error message
that resembles the following: HTTP Error 403.1
