SYMPTOMS

In an Exchange Server 2007 environment that has the Unified Messaging (UM) server role installed, you can create a transport rule to add a disclaimer to all incoming messages. However, when you send a voice mail to the Exchange Server 2007 environment, the voice mail message is embedded in an e-mail message that has the disclaimer. The actual voice mail messages are not stamped with the disclaimer that is defined in the transport rule.
