Antigen 9.0 server, all outgoing messages typically contain the disclaimers.
However, if the
disclaimers are configured on a server that has Antigen
9.0 with Service Pack 1 installed,
the messages that are opened in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 do not contain the
disclaimers. Additionally, the following message is logged in the
ProgramLog.txt file: AppendDisclaimer failed(4) with
hr(800C0002) CauseAntigen 9.0 with SP1 cannot add a disclaimer to the Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format (TNEF)
section of the outgoing message. Because Outlook displays the message in TNEF format, the disclaimer cannot be displayed
in Outlook. Antigen 9.0
with SP1 can add the disclaimer to a MIME section of the message. Because Outlook
Express displays the message in the MIME format, the disclaimer can be displayed in Outlook Express.
