Error message when you try to save a recurring weekly schedule in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0: "Value was either too large or too small for an Int32"

SYMPTOMS

When you try to save a recurring weekly schedule in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you receive the following error message:

Value was either too large or too small for an Int32.

This problem occurs if you enable the Observe for business closures setting for the weekly schedule.
