SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario:
In this scenario, User C receives the following mail message. However, the mail message shows that it was User B that called instead of User A. CAUSEThe external PBX system sends an UPDATE data package which indicates that the call originated from User A. However, Exchange Server 2007 Unified Messaging server uses the UPDATE package incorrectly. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install the following update rollup: 2279665
