You cannot upgrade some saved queries from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

SYMPTOMS

When you upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, some saved queries cannot be updated. Therefore, the update is not successful. Additionally, you receive the following error message in the crm40srvsetup.log file:
