SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You are the administrator in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. You try to bulk reassign all records from a user (user A) to another user (user B). The source user (user A) has published workflow rules. In this scenario, the bulk reassign operation fails and you receive the error message: Only published workflows and workflow templates can be unpublished. This workflow or template is already a draft. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
