This flavor is an addition to the existing JavaScript file flavors, which are the Release flavor and the Debug flavor.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen you open IntelliSense-friendly JavaScript
files, some
semantic code changes are required. For
example, dynamically declared functions must be
"de-normalized" into statically declared functions. After you add the new flavor, you
can modify semantic code for IntelliSense. The IntelliSense flavor works as
an IntelliSense helper file. However, this flavor does
not make
any statements about the core code. Additionally, this
flavor is not intended for
running or debugging. Visual Studio 2008 and ASP.NET 3.5 provide optimizations that let you reference runtime-optimized JavaScript files by using one of the following methods:
