On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You add notes to a record. When you try to save the record, a duplicate record is detected. Then, you click Save to save the record. Or, you click Cancel to return to the form to edit the record. In this scenario, the notes are lost. If you add notes after the record is saved, you do not experience this problem.
