content in attachment files of messages is run through an HTML filter when you
open or save the attachment by using Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access (OWA).
Currently, Exchange Server 2007 cannot bypass the HTML filter for customers.
This can cause problems for users who use HTML attachments in business and for
clients who rely heavily on OWA. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 8 for
Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1. Server\ClientAccess\Owa After you change the BypassOwaHTMLAttachmentFiltering option, you can bypass the HTML attachments filtering in OWA.
Note You have to set the file extensions of the HTML attachments in the Force Save list in the Direct File Access Setting page in the Exchange Management Console. To set a file type in the Force Save list, follow these steps:
