Symptoms

In a document, you set the font to Arial Black, and you set the font style as bold. However, when you open the document on a Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)-based computer, the same text has the font set to Arial Black and the font style is set to italic.

This problem also occurs on a Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)-based computer that has hotfix 892598 installed.
