SYMPTOMSYou configure a server that is running Windows Server 2003 to be a terminal server. When you print a file from the server console or from a terminal session, you receive the following Stop error: 0x00000050 (<parameter1>, <parameter2>, <parameter3>, <parameter4>) PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Note If you use the debugging tools for Windows to analyze the crash dump file, you may notice that the print job crashes at the win32k!NtGdiPATHOBJ_bEnumClipLines point. RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix. To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Customer Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
