Article ID: 959490 - Last Review: January 14, 2009 - Revision: 1.0 FIX: On a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R2 Network Projector, the screen synchronization performance does not change even if you tune the RDP receive buffer size and the threshold size
On This PageSYMPTOMSOn a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R2 Network Projector, you tune the remote desktop protocol (RDP) receive buffer size and the threshold size by adjusting the values of the following registry subkeys:
Note These registry subkeys are located under the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client CAUSEThis problem occurs because the receive buffer is allocated before the values of the performance tuning registry subkeys are read. Therefore, the values that you specify are not reflected in the actual memory allocation for the RDP receive buffer.
