In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, if you send a shared
attachment, you may experience the following symptoms:
- The attachment is saved in the Document Workspace site
that is specified by the sender.
- The recipient of the e-mail message receives a copy of the
attachment in the e-mail message.
- The e-mail message also contains a link to the shared
attachment in the Document Workspace site.
Because the attachment is attached to the e-mail message as a
shared attachment, the sender expects that the e-mail message contains only a
link to the attachment in the Document Workspace site.
