Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. In the printing preferences for a printer, you select the staple type to be applied on the printer. In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you try to print multiple copies of an e-mail message by using the printer. Each copy of the e-mail message is more than one page. In this scenario, all the copies of the e-mail message are stapled together. You expect each copy of the e-mail message to be stapled individually.

Note This issue does not occur for e-mail messages that are formatted as HTML.
