CAUSE

This problem occurs for one or more of the following reasons:
  • The computer accounts of the affected AMT-enabled computers do not have the correct values in the servicePrincipalName attribute. This causes Kerberos authentication to fail and prevents the Out of Band Management console from connecting to these AMT-enabled computers.
  • When a computer is provisioned, a computer account is created. Later, the computer is un-provisioned, and the computer account is deleted. Eventually, this computer is provisioned again. However, the second time that the computer is provisioned, the userAccountControl attribute of the computer account is not set to the correct value.
