INTRODUCTIONOn a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows, Microsoft Easy Assist does not support the sharing of a single program. When you are prompted to start sharing, you cannot share a single program. Instead, you must share your whole desktop. MORE INFORMATIONEasy Assist is a remote support tool that uses Microsoft Office Live Meeting. When you join a session, you are prompted to start sharing. On a computer that is running a 32-bit version of Windows, you can choose to share your whole desktop, or you can choose to share just a single program. If you select Desktop, your whole desktop will be visible to other participants in the support session. If you select Single program, you will be shown a list of running programs from which you can select the program that you want to share. In this latter scenario, only that program's window is made visible to other participants. On a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows, you cannot share a single program. You must share the whole desktop.
